The patient presented with extensive decay coupled with periodontal disease. First, conservative scaling and root planning was done to address the decay.
After the tissue had properly healed, the patient’s dentition was addressed with Ecosite Elements Pure Shade A3 to restore the upper teeth premolar to premolar with conservative bonding. The lower arch was bonded with Elements Pure Shade A3 to close the diastemas, and the teeth were splinted.
The final case was polished with disks and polishing paste and a night guard was fabricated to protect the restorations.
