How many times has a patient come to you, stating they are unhappy with their diastema?
In this case the object was two-fold:
- Restore decay and decalcification that had formed over time [and]
- Close the diastema between 8 and 9
For this particular patient, I addressed her dentition with Ecosite Elements Pure Shade A3.5 and Layer Shade Enamel Bleach, to achieve the target Shade C1.
The material was placed and sculpted with the Optrasculp instrument. I polished and finished with disks and polishing paste for a natural-looking result, and one that the patient was very happy with.
